Hi all,

I’ve been propelled to write you by a thoughtful email from a patient describing how valuable the work we did in the Winter has been in helping with the chaos of the Spring. I certainly can’t take full credit, but am proud to have played a role that was significant.

Thank you! For clicking, reading, being along for the ride and open to hearing from me today. Feels self-serving to bother your inbox with news about my practice during these times (hence the delay). Alas – here I am anyways – to announce that I have found a perfect place to continue serving my passion spreading the light that is naturopathic medicine.

To be honest, I was totally terrified but have been humbled in admitting that doing it on my own has been holding us all back. Despite my fears, I took the leap and have been completely dazzled by the transition from business owner to employee for Adica Wellness Clinic on Regent St. in Fredericton.

In many ways, I have freed up my greatest resource – my ability to be fully present for you. I feel honoured and re-energized in a way I’ve never felt in my ten years in the field. It’s hard to explain, but I will try…

To have the means to deliver high-quality services and effective, affordable products while creating a professional and safe space to allow others to see the gifts before their eyes is my life’s calling.

To have been given this opportunity at this point in my career seems Heaven sent. It’s like a net has appeared where before there was only space. Which can only mean one thing: more of me to dedicate to helping others through the hurdles and celebrating the wins that surround us even then.

To be supported means everything. Especially these days where being anxiety-free is rare (and rightly so, if I say so myself). 

Reach out if you could do with some ideas to lighten your load, connect the rogue dots or ease the (heart) aches that are unavoidable in a full life (…is there any other worth living?).
