I often hear: I know I should eat better, move more, sleep earlier but where do I even start? My answer is always the same: start small.


Health changes dont stick when theyre rooted in guilt or pressure. Instead, think about whats most doable this weekmaybe its adding one extra glass of water a day, or shutting your phone off 30 minutes before bed.


Over time, small shifts compound into big results. My job as a naturopath is to help you find the changes that fit your life, so it feels sustainable, not stressful.
